HAYRIDES, SMORES, AND GOOD FRIENDS

Today we went up to Argyle, TX, the Locke family home (thank you!), with our friends from sunday school. The rain did not stop us from enjoying a hayride, roasting marshmellows for smores, grilling dogs and brats (thanks Eric!), playing games, splashing in the rain and mud (thank goodness I did not forget to bring pj's) and chatting it up with everyone (we missed those of you that could not make it). Dare I say that this just might become an annual event. If so, maybe it will not rain next year and the kids will have even more leg room and maybe even the ponies can come out and play.
The icing on the cake was that the boys passed out on the way home, 7:30 pm and transferred to their beds with ease.

Again, sorry for the poor picture quality...I know it cannot be user error now. I was not the only one that took pictures and look how blurry they are. Check out other blogs that might have some good pics from today, Braaten, Locke, Newman, Rissmiller, Coleman, and anyone else that has a blog who attended!!!
